All products including ship models on this web site are measured in maximum display dimension (inches) and illustrated in the below picture.

Shipping:

As soon as we receive an order via fax, email or telephone, we will process the order within 2 days. Item will be shipped within 2 business days via DHL or Fedex GROUND (approx. 2-5 business days within 48 states). Model Ships take extra packing detail and could take up to 5 business days to ship out. A tracking number will be provided after we ship out the item. All shipments are FULLY INSURED and we take care of all the claims hassles. Oversized items may be shipped by Freight, it's recommended to use a business address for freight shipment to save time and money. 

Packing:

All models are securely pack with foam sheets, peanuts or bubble wraps. Most of the items are shipped double boxes. All tall ships expert level are fully assembled and packed in an extremely secure wooden crate which is boxed and sometimes double box. 

For damaged or defective items:

1. Report Damages or Defects: If you notice any damages or issues within 7 days of getting your shipment, email us at service@omhusa.com with pictures. Most issues with wooden ship models can be fixed easily with super glue or wood glue.
2. For Fixable Damage: We'll swiftly guide you through the necessary steps to repair it. If replacement parts are required and available, we'll do it fast and for free.
3. For Non-Fixable Damage: In the event that damage can't be fixed, we'll sort it out. We'll either pick it up or tell you how to dispose it safely. Then, we'll send a new one ASAP. And if, by chance, a replacement isn't readily available, rest assured, a full refund will be issued without delay.
